Noopur Adhaulia

UI &UX Designer | Problem Solver | Good Communicator

I'm a Product Design lead at JP Morgan Chase with focus on concept creation and development, with a customer first approach. I am well versed in the principles and techniques of User Experience, Visual Design aiding cross platform strategy & interaction. I am driven by the idea that design is all about solving problems and I use it as a tool to create ideas and bring them out to people. I take ownership of a product and drive change and creative improvements working in an Agile methodology.

What I Love To Do

`You may say I am a dreamer but I am not the only one...- John Lennon'

User Experience Design

Developing interactive prototypes to showcase real world scenarios using techniques which include generating user flows, personas, wireframes and animation.

User Interface Design

The emotion of solving a problem and creating something new with combination of colours, styling, typography and whitespace is what I love.

Web and Mobile App Design

Designing user friendly websites including web page layouts, graphic design and animation.

Brand Identity

Minimalism and simplicity is what makes a brand invoke emotion and makes it stand out and memorable.

Motion Graphic Videos

Giving the graphic elements life by animating them and making demo assets with presentations.

Illustrations

Creating random illustration shots which give my designing thoughts a churn and also special gifts for my loved ones is what I love to do.

Agile Team Principle

Test early and Test often. Involve users, learn from their feedback and iterate.

1.

Build Empathy as a Team

Understanding and empathising with the users as a team ultimately determines the outcome of the design. The more the team interacts with the user, the more user satisfaction for the product is achieved

2.

Work towards a common solution for problems

Diving into the problem and defining it as a team is essential. Give the team the environment and support they need and trust them to get the job done instaed of feeding them the solution.

3.

Simplicity is an art and it is essential.

Keep it simple. Seek the simplest thing that could possibly work. It’s important to identify user needs and behaviours and provide a holistic but simplest solution possible

4.

Iterate: the key to success

Revisit the design and reflect upon it at regular points. Learn from the user and in order to improve and refine design ideas, ensure they are best met with the needs of the user.
